This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and in-room breakfast. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost earring, which I'll always remember. I recommend this hotel for its friendly service, and I'm coming back for Easter.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local taxi, which I remember fondly. Richard’s friendly assistance was also a highlight. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!

The Superior Double Room was really spacious, and the bed was impressively comfortable. Loved the nice amenities like the big bathroom and high-quality toiletries. The view on the Waterloo side was quite pretty too. Some might think the decor feels a bit old, but I found it to be cozy and clean. Just a minute walk from Waterloo station, super convenient.

Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the upgrade to a larger room. My room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast had a fantastic buffet selection. my room lacked robes and slippers as promised. The bed was a bit small and lumpy, and the duvet was thin, needing an extra one for warmth. Still, the early check-in process was great, and the hotel was beautifully decorated with flowers. an enjoyable stay despite some room issues.

The gym was accessible at all hours, which was a plus, although the equipment felt a bit outdated. The staff at the front desk were particularly welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay. the room, while spacious enough for a family, didn't quite match the expectation for value, leaving some disappointment. The home-made yogurt was a delightful addition to breakfast, enhancing the dining experience.

The food was a delightful adventure. every bite was a culinary journey! Plus, the hotel was slap bang in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore tasty spots nearby. Room was comfy and spacious, which was a nice touch!
The sofa bed situation was a bit grim with messy pillows, and the shower struggled to drain, making a splash zone in the bathroom. Staff could use a sprinkle of friendly vibes—felt a bit cold at times, though one chap named Oscar was a diamond!
